Requirements
- Take off balconies 5 m long and weighing 2000 kg
- The balconies are to be handled from the platform for maximum safety
- Crane are not allowed
- Safety is top prioirty in an occupied residential compound

Modular System
3-mast XMH climbers capacity 3.5 tons and 40 meters long
A trolley running on rails along the deck and equipped with heavy jib can handle and trnasfer the loads
At ground level, on sides of the platforms, bespoke decks are assembled for the loads to be lifted up by small mobile cranes
